1. Accountant

Location - Dubai

Job Purpose

  • To ensure that all bank facilities are maintained effectively ensuring the organisations liquidity. To collect all cash from the cashier and allocate to which account the cash should be deposited.

Major Responsibilities

  • Control bank balances, ensure that all day-to-day transactions are recorded.Make cash transfers as required, updating account information and checking reports to ensure process has been completed successfully.
  • Manage bank facilities, to effectively ensure liquidity, making necessary recommendations to Finance Manager if renegotiation is required.
  • Implement budget control; check actual against budgeted verify reason and provide report.
  • Consolidate all budgets received from departments to provide an overall budget for the Finance Manager to present to the CEO.
  • Coordinate with external auditors ensuring that any information they require is made available.
  • Support the implementation of the accounting policies, procedures and rules. Establish and maintain financial and accounting systems.
  • Ensure that all documentation is retained for the required legal period, and that an effective filing and retrieval system is maintained.

Required Education/Qualification, knowledge and Experience:

  • Chartered Management Accountant / or similar Accountancy qualification

3. Administrative Assistant PDI & Demo

Location - Dubai

Job Purpose

  • To coordinate the preparation of the vehicle delivery process ensuring that all vehicles go through the PDI process and are ready for customer collection. To control the administration & maintenance process for demonstration cars.

Major Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales consultant, centralise all orders, check that cars due for delivery go through the PDI process and are ready for customer pick up.
  • Ensure all vehicles are handed to the Sales Executive in working condition, clean and at least two hours prior to agreed time of delivery.
  • Inspect cars when received from logistics and ensure that there is no damage and all the releveant documentation is with each vehicle.
  • AVME/Management vehicles, to co-ordinate and manage all necessary documentation, bookings,leasing contracts and registrations.
  • Manage a delivery schedule set by date for all sold vehicles ready for deliveries on daily basis
  • Co-ordinate with PRO to make sure all sold vehicles are registered with all proper documents.
  • Conduct regular checks of the showroom and arrange for maintenance or cleaning as required.

Demonstration Vehicles

  • Manage the demo fleet booking schedule, ensuring all vehicles are clean, in full working order and have the required fuel at all times Ensure that the correct documentation is kept with each demonstration vehicle.
  • Check that customers have provided driving licence and all documentation has been completed prior to every test drive.
  • Document and log all Test Drives, Demo Cars in/out and maintain a filing system for prompt retrieval of documentation and records with customer’s information
  • Monitor the mileage and condition of demonstration vehicles and arrange for servicing and cleaning when required.

Job Purpose

  • To sell finance & insurance solutions to Audi Customers using an approved panel of banks and insurance products. To develop & implement sustainable F&I policies with the Audi Sales Team that maximises all sales opportunities for F&I products whilst also assisting in closing vehicle sales at all times.

Major Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales opportunities for the Audi branch by offering finance & Insurance solutions to all customers , ensuring that each customer receives excellent customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and accordingly proposing appropriate finance and insurance solutions whilst maximising branch profitability.
  • Maintain an effective relationship with bank and insurance representatives.

Job Purpose

  • To ensure that all cash payments due to the company are received, recorded, and paid into the correct bank accounts as stipulated by the Finance Manager. To manage petty cash for showroom.

Major Responsibilities

Job Purpose

  • To be the first point of contact for customers, ensure that customers are greeted in a courteous and efficient manner and directed to a sales consultant or service advisor. To be the customer champion and deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.

Job Purpose

  • To complete all vehicle paint work agreed by the insurers and to the standard of the manufacturer, identifying any additional work required.

Major Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Servicing - Complete vehicle paint work as agreed by the insurer, coordinate with Supervisor regarding additional customer/insurance approval.

Job Purpose

  • To be responsible for development of PDDS sales as additional revenue centre / retail centre within the Porsche Sales Operation. To be accountable for the results in line with variable margin requirements.

Major Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities

  • To deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations
  • To ensure that the communication flow is accurate and timely in-between the customer and workshop
  • To provide initial diagnoses of vehicle faults and accurately invoice for all work completed
  • To up-sell additional services and products to customers increasing the profitability of the service centre

Required Experience, Skills and knowledge:

  • High School educated (Automotive Diploma desirable)
  • Valid UAE license no.
  • Min. 2 years experience in a similar role
  • 1 year service centre experience with an European car brand
  • Ability to perform in a high pressure, high volume environment
  • Pro-active, structured & organized
  • Customer oriented and passionate for customer delight
  • PC operating skills
  • Fluent command in English and Arabic (non essential/desirable)
  • Flexible and open approach

24. Showroom Telephone Operator cum Receptionist

Location - Dubai

Job Purpose

To answer incoming calls and greet visitors as they arrive, directing them if required. Provide administrative support as required. Complete showroom log of all potential customers that come into the showroom.

Major Responsibilities

  • Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person
  • Efficient and courteous in handling of telephone calls, ensuring clear verbal communication, provide necessary information/guidance to caller and transfer the call to the relevant person, or if required take clear concise message and pass message on
  • Provide general administrative support to members of the showroom team as required
  • Take details of visitors as they come into the showroom, accurately completing a showroom log, allowing sales consultant to understand the conversion ratio of visitors to sales
  • Check driving licences prior to test drive and complete necessary paperwork when required
  • Ensure that at all times the appropriate corporate image is represented

Required Skills and knowledge:

  • 2 year in a similar position preferably with a car dealer
  • PC skills, MS Office
  • Telephone skills
  • Customer handling skills
  • Polite manners, flexible, well groomed, able to work under pressure and multi task
  • Exposure to a multicultural environment
