ஏன் சிரித்தாய்

வழக்கம் போல் - அழைக்கும்
தொலைபேசி அழைப்பு.
ஆனால் வழக்கம் போல்
முடியவில்லை – இந்த அழைப்பு.

ஏன்? என்ன பிரச்சனை? என்ன மாற்றம்?
ஏன் இந்த சோகம் கலந்த குரல்?
எதிர் முனையில் குரல் "மகள் சிரிக்கிறாள்"
என்னிடம் இருந்து அழைப்பு வந்தால் மட்டும்.

சந்தோசப்பட வேண்டிய செய்திக்கு
எதற்கு இந்த சோகம், இல்லை
அவள் சிரிப்புக்கு அர்த்தம் என்னவாக இருக்கும்
நினைத்து பார்தேன் சந்தோசம் பறந்துவிட்டது.

பக்கத்தில் இருந்து பார்த்துகொள்ள வேண்டியவன்
பலநூறு மைல்களுக்கு அப்பால் இருந்து
கவிதை எழுதுகிறான் - என்பதை
நினைத்து சிரித்தாயோ?

கண்ணுக்கு கண்ணாக பார்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டியவன்
கண் இமைக்கும் நேரத்தில்
வந்து பார்த்து செல்கிறான் - என்பதை
நினைத்து சிரித்தாயோ?

பச்சை புல்வெளியில் தன்னுடன்
பட்டாம்பூச்சி பிடித்து விளையாட வேண்டியவன்
பாலைவனத்தில் பகல்/இரவாய் உழைக்கிறான் - என்பதை
நினைத்து சிரித்தாயோ?

தன் கைபிடித்து கற்பிக்க வேண்டிய
தகப்பன் இணையவழி கற்பிக்க
தொழில்நுட்டபத்தை தேடுகிறான் - என்பதை
நினைத்து சிரித்தாயோ?

எப்போது சொல்வாயடி தங்கம்
என் அழைப்பிற்கு மட்டும்
ஏன் சிரித்தாய் என்பதை...

பசிக்கிறது - உண்மையாக

பசி வயிற்க்கா - இல்லை அறிவுக்கா.

இலக்கியம் பேச  - இது

நேரமல்ல உண்மையில் பசிக்கிறது

இங்கு எல்லாம் கிடைக்கும்

என வந்தவனுக்கு - ஏன் பசிக்கிறது.

பசிக்குது என்றவுடன்

குளிச்சிட்டு வாடா சாப்பிடலாம்

என்று கண்டிப்புடன் கூற

பக்கத்தில் அப்பா இல்லை.

குளிக்கிரானாம் சாப்பிடுடா தம்பி

பிறகு பாக்கலாம் என்று பாசத்துடன் சொல்ல

பக்கத்தில் அம்மா இல்லை.

சாப்பாட்டை விட என்ன வேலை

வேண்டி கிடக்கு என்று கடிந்துகொள்ள

பக்கத்தில் மனைவி இல்லை.

நீயெல்லாம் எத்தனை சொன்னாலும்

திருந்தமாட்ட என்று தன் பங்குக்கு பேச

பக்கத்தில் அக்கா இல்லை.

பேச்சு எல்லாம் அப்புறம் முதலில்

சாப்பாடு என்று உடன் அமர

பக்கத்தில் தம்பி இல்லை.

இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் சாப்பிடுண்ணே

என்று பரிமாற

பக்கத்தில் தங்கை இல்லை.

இப்படி எதுவும் இல்லாத - உலகத்தில்

எல்லாம் இருப்பதாக வாயார பொய் பேசுறோம்.

அங்கு ஒருவன் பசிக்கு - எத்தனை குரல்

அதே பசிதான் - இங்கு

எதுகை மோனை இலக்கணம் தெரியவேண்டும்

இது எதுவும் தெரியாது - ஆனால் 

கவிதை எழுத ஆசை.

தெரிந்த வார்த்தைகளை எல்லாம்

மடக்கி எழுதினால் அதுவே கவிதை - அப்படியாகின்

எனக்கும் கவிதை எழுத ஆசை.

கவிதை என்றால் அதில்

பொருள் இருக்கவேண்டும் - என்னபொருள்

இதுகூட தெரியாத எனக்கும்

கவிதை எழுத ஆசை.

பொருள் என்பது - உன்னுடைய

கவிதை எதையாவது ஒன்றை பற்றி பேசினால்

அந்த ஒன்றே பொருள்.

அப்படியாகின் எனக்கு கவிதை எழுத

தெரியாததை பற்றி பேசியதால்

இதுவும் கவிதை யாகுமோ?

இதுவும் கவிதையாகின்

இதுபோல பல கவிதை எழுத

எனக்கும் ஆசை.
